Inclusive libraries create welcoming, learner‑centred environments through inclusive policies, accessible infrastructure, diverse collections, assistive technologies, and adaptive services. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) offers a valuable framework to accommodate learner diversity from the outset, ensuring services are beneficial for all learners.
