Eligibility, registration, travel allowance and accommodation arrangements for NCSL 2026 delegates.
School Librarians / Library In‑charges from all over India are welcome to attend the conference. NCERT will pay TA and/or DA, where admissible as per NCERT norms (subject to deputation of the schools of the concerned participants), to the selected participants whose papers are accepted for presentation or publication.
The participants, including co-authors and general attendees, who are interested in attending the conference, are required to pay the registration fee of INR.1000/- . The registration fee includes the conference kit, meals, and a certificate.
"Due to the limited number of attendees permitted during the conference, participants who wish to attend without submitting or presenting a paper, as well as library professionals accompanying the main author, shall be subject to prior approval and confirmation. Only those participants who receive approval/confirmation from the Conference Secretariat will be required to submit the fee. Kindly note that the fee is non-refundable and does not include accommodation. Participants falling under this category will be required to make their own accommodation arrangements."
